Big Lagoon County Park Campground is an easy camping getaway if you are in the area, but we would not recommend it as a camping destination. Since Big Lagoon County Park Campground lacks privacy many campers try to create privacy by stringing rope and sheets or positioning cars between campsites. If you do plan to camp here, we recommend that you get one of the campsites situated along the beach/lagoon, as they offer more privacy. A few great things about Big Lagoon County Park Campground is that you are allowed to have beach fires, the boat access to the lagoon, and you are near the ocean.

Summer – There are lots of water activities available at Big Lagoon County Park Campground in the summertime. Keep in mind that there is often marine layer cloud cover in this area, do not expect it to be sunny.
